Ying Bei, who is currently the Assistant Director (Organisation Development), has 10 years of working experience in both the public and private sectors. She has established curriculum development portfolios for healthcare skills training and leadership training by working with multiple agencies to customise training programs. She has developed various training programs – including blended learning and competency-based training. Ying Bei holds a Masters in Training and Education from National Institute of Education (NIE), Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
