Linette Heng has more than 23 years of experience in education, training & development, leadership development, talent management & organisation development in both the public and private sectors. She is the Principal consultant of Leadership Presence, with a Master in HRD (George Washington University), and a post-graduate certificate in Education (King’s College London). She is certified in ACTA, DACE, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, Belbin Team Roles, Kouzes and Posner’s “The Leadership Challenge” and in Action Learning (World Institute for Action Learning). Linette is a process facilitator who is skilled in conducting corporate planning and teamwork retreats to help align people, values, strategies and goals. She also performs facilitation and work on workplace learning at IAL.
