Linda Ng is a learning evangelist, cultural transformation architect and people enabler with 22 years of experience in Petroleum, FMCG, Banking, Property and Luxury Beauty industries. Her vision is to be recognised as a Transformation Architect in renewing organizational culture. Her mission is to consciously engineer organisational transformation and growth through values alignment, culture mapping and experiential change interventions. With a Master’s degree from UCL, Linda works well in diverse teams and act as a trusted business partner. She has held various L&D appointments managing regional training, talent management, as well as performance and engagement. Linda believes in enabling people through empowerment to raise organisational performance. She practices mindfulness meditation daily.
