Hoe Chong was Asia Pacific Service Business Operations Manager with Motorola, responsible for institutionalizing service operations across regions and managing key projects to improve process and cost efficiencies. Prior to joining Motorola, he was a Lean Six Sigma practitioner with Honeywell China and GE Medical Systems Singapore, responsible for business process improvements and Supply Chain Management.
Hoe Chong had successfully led, trained and certified process improvement projects focusing on process streamlining, efficiency improvement, lead-time reduction and yield improvement. He had also successfully deployed Quality Risk Management Project by anchoring the QRM future state in Pharmaceutical organization.
