Ai Leen is currently an adjunct educator with various well-recognised institutes of higher learning. She is also a professional counsellor and executive coach helping individuals to maximise their potentials. Ai Leen previously held senior executive-level positions in the accountancy industry leading, developing, coaching and managing high-performing professional teams. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a Provisional Member of Singapore Association for Counselling. Ai Leen holds a Master of Social Sciences from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & IS majors) from Deakin University.
