Leonard Tay is the founder of Learning Focus Technologies and has been active for the past 25 years with experience in areas of Information Technology, Customer Service, Business Development, Training Delivery and Consultancy. Due to his business development and technical work experience, he is able to effectively deliver soft skills as well as technical content. As a trained instructional designer, he has also developed curriculum and managed training projects for diverse industry sectors. Being a recognised Skills Future Mentor by Spring Singapore, Leonard is also able to work with organisations to perform training needs analysis and guide in-house supervisors to develop mentorship skills and write OJT blueprints.
