Wee Ming is the Head of Department (Training) at The Leadership Institute. He manages the training operations, designs, develops and delivers WSQ courses in the organisation. He engages in consultancy projects in training analysis and E-learning development for corporations. Prior to this, he was in financial products business development for 8 years, particularly in fixed income. He was involved in delivering product training to sales personnel and clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (NUS) majoring in Economic and Statistics. He is also ACTA and DACE certified. He is currently pursuing his Master of Skills and Workforce Development from Cardiff University.
