Lee Su Min has more than 20 years of significant commercial experience in fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, retail and consumer electronics industries. As a trainer and facilitator, Su Min’s hands-on practical approach and interactive sessions have been well-received by participants. In addition, she has also developed and contextualised courseware in Service Excellence and Business Management.
Su Min has a Master in Lifelong Learning and Leadership with UCL Institute of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.
