Peggy, an Associate Director at NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) is responsible for Learning and Development focussing on ensuring quality pedagogy in CET training solutions offering. She specialises in Competency Development for Managers and Leaders as well as Organisation Development. She has led in various organisations in learning and development work. Peggy holds a National Vocational Qualification conferred by UODLE in UK as a Summative Assessor, Development Adviser and Internal Verifier in the competency management development initiative back in Hong Kong. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with Surrey University, UK.
