Lawrence currently heads the Organizational Development, Talent Management and Learning & Development team in a large financial institution. Mandate is to focus on implementing learning interventions for leaders and staff for their personal and professional development, which ultimately adds value to the organization. His passion in lifelong learning led him to complete the Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in 2014 and the Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning in 2012 after obtaining the full Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2010. He has also obtained the following qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma in Maritime Studies in 2009 and a Bachelor in Economics (2nd Upper Hons) in 2007.
