Dr. Koti is Author "Pragmatic Agility” and awarded with the Indian Achiever's Award 2020 for Excellence in EduTech. Having 20 years of experience which includes Primavera Inc., Oracle, UnitedHealth Group and United Technologies. He has worked in various domains like ERP, health care, banking, and manufacturing. Currently working as an Executive Director at Garranto Pte. Ltd, Singapore. Has worked as a SAFe transformation consultant @ Johnson Controls for their SAFe trainings. Helped Standard Bank for their SAFe training. Also worked for PayPal as an agile coach. He is currently Head for United Technologies (Carrier), India Agile Practice and UnitedHealth Group (Optum), India Agile Practice. Dr. Koti holds a Ph.D. in Management Science, MBA in Operations Management and B Tech in ECE.
