Khyati Kapai is the founder of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd, a soft skills consultancy firm. She is an adjunct lecturer with NTU, conducting classes in Communication Management. As a trained Results Coach, Khyati also offers executive coaching. She has been in the L&D profession since 2001, and has taught in Asia, London and the US. Khyati is also a Thiagi Certified Facilitator underscoring her commitment to experiential-based learning. Before moving into the Education sector, she worked in Audit and Finance and is a CPA.
