Ling has two decades of HR practices covering Performance and Rewards, Collective Agreement, Talent Management, Long and short term incentives design, Payroll and outsourcing. Her emerging passion in recent years is to develop the next generation of HR practitioner. She is an adjunct lecturer with IHL and an Associate Trainer at renowned training hubs. In addition, she is also an experienced and dedicated HR consultant who partners with companies to enhance their HR capabilities through diagnostic and solutioning activities. She is an active contributor to the recent SGUS program in terms of courseware design and facilitations. Ling is a certified in Career Facilitation, ACTA, GRP, IHRP-SP and SHRM-SCP
