Kelvin Lim has an extensive experience in facilitation, consulting and courseware design. Having started his career 20 years ago as an Aviation Trainer, specialising in aircraft systems and e-simulations, he has continued using e-learning platform for his learners. His interest in promoting innovations in Ministry of Defence allowed him to work closely with Singapore Armed Forces on Knowledge Management System in facilitation work including Change Management processes. He is also known for his passion in Productivity & Innovations and this has led him to conduct various training modules on productivity & innovations under the WSQ Generic Manufacturing framework. Kelvin has a post-graduate degree from Victoria University and ACTA.
