June, a Senior Principal Researcher at the Civil Service College, develops content for publication and training. She specialises in developing case studies for research, learning and knowledge-capture. She was previously a Senior Research Fellow at the Asian Business Case Centre at the Nanyang Technological University. Her current projects are on the design and development of digital content for training and development. She also coaches case writers on the development of case studies. Some of her publications include The Case Writer’s Toolkit and Art and Design for Strategic Management. June has a PhD from the University of Sydney. She also has DACE and ACTA qualifications.
