Julie Yeap is the Founder of Mastering Success, a corporate training, coaching & consultancy company. She is also an Adjunct Adult Educator at IAL where she facilitates ACTA. She started her career as an auditor with an international accounting firm where she managed audit clients in various industries. Later, Julie transferred to the Learning & Development (L&D) department to pursue her passion of becoming a trainer and coach. As a Director, she headed the L&D function across ASEAN. Julie is ACTA certified. She is a certified Organisational Coach, certified facilitator for 360-degree assessments, MBTI Accredited Administrator, TRACOM facilitator, certified Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol Consultant and a certified Colour & Image Consultant.
