Joyce, a specialist with the career development office at the centre for experiential learning at Singapore University of Social Sciences has more than 10 years of coaching and training experience within the region. Besides creating impact on the lives of mid-career transitioners and early career starters, Joyce designs training programmes for learners to inquire more into the future workskills, allowing for interdisciplinary competence development. Joyce has her background within the financial services and real estate industries within Asia and Europe, before she devoted her energy and creativity towards supporting the career development journeys of individuals she coaches.
