As an R&T Manager at Temasek Polytechnic (TP) – Security Industry Institute (SII), Johnson Ng leads a team in planning the analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation of blended learning solutions. Johnson’s achievements at SII include organising an inaugural competition and prototyping a Learning Kiosk. Johnson conducts training and assessment in ACTA and selective DACE modules with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). Prior to his appointment at TP, Johnson had taught Computer Engineering at the ITE. He assisted in managing a security agency and training centre. Concurrently during employment, he pursued a Master of Finance and subsequently in T&D. Johnson has taught in a variety of institutes such as SII, TP and SIRS.
