John Low is currently a Senior Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic. Previously, John was the Director of Industry Development in the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS) for more than 11 years. During his stint with NATAS, he championed the transformation of the travel agents sector through initiatives involving the strategic deployment of manpower as well as the adoption of information technology. He had successfully led four major industry projects including the development of a customer-centric framework to raise the service level of travel agencies. John had also implemented the ‘NATAS Accreditation’, an accreditation and professional certification system for travel agents in Singapore.
