Joel is the CEO and Founder of grasp.guru, specialists in Design Thinking and Innovation. He is the Master Trainer of the proprietary GRASP™ methodology that combines Design Thinking with Behavioural Insights and Lean Processing. He also authored Innovation within GRASP, a Practitioner's Playbook for the GRASP™ process. He was formerly the Innovation Lead at MHA, responsible for growing the innovation culture among 26,000 officers. He was also a Senior Service Design Analyst at GovTech, solving real-world citizen issues. Joel has 3 Design Thinking certifications from IDEO-U. He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from NUS and a Graduate Diploma in Leading and Sustaining Change from Singapore's Civil Service College.
