A bilingual trainer and instructional designer, Joan Ling has over 10 years of experience as a practitioner of pedagogic development, with clients across the public and private sectors from local and overseas. She develops OJT blueprints, training material, e-learning courseware and other learning solutions for various industries. Joan was with an Institute of higher learning for 31 years, where she last held the appointment of Head of Pedagogic Development at the Academy. Her key role was to develop training materials for the Academy, conduct pedagogic programme for the lecturers and TVET trainers from the ASEAN countries; Sri Lanka and China. She was also involved in guiding and the development of e-Learning materials for the students.
