At 24, Jessline Yap conducted food retail management and operations training for international licensees, travelling to places like UAE, Australia and Hong Kong as part of her work. With her experience in learning design and facilitation, workplace learning and on-the-job training (OJT), Jessline has provided client organisations with bespoke, action-oriented solutions in building sustainable structures and processes. These experiences were shared during the Adult Learning Symposium in 2016. Jessline’s deep belief in personal growth and professional mastery drives her relentless work with individuals. She supports and partners them in the acquisition of reflection, training, coaching and mentoring skills.
