Jessie Chu provides customised learning solutions to clients from both private and public sectors in Service Excellence and Business Management. By adopting a performance improvement mind-set to organisational problems, Jessie has designed learning interventions that add value to organisations and individuals. Her expertise includes training needs analysis, instructional design, competency-based courseware and assessment development, workplace learning, learning evaluation and technology-enabled learning. She holds a MA in Chinese Language & Literature from Nanjing University, a BA in Chinese Language from Fudan University, a BBBA from RMIT University, DACE and ACTA. She is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Education.
