Jerome Yeong has been a lecturer, facilitator, and curriculum developer in Business & HR subjects with IHLs for more than 16 years. A member of the pioneering DACE batch and having served an 11-year stint at then-WDA, he is an active AE in WSQ HR and ACTA. Jerome has 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors, included starting up HR departments in overseas subsidiaries and change management through implementing corporate-wide business transformation exercises. Jerome is certified in psychometric tools and career coaching, and is also an active C&B practitioner accredited as Global Remuneration & Certified Compensation Professionals (GRP & CCP).
