Her work in business, soft skill training and process work has seen her conducting workshops in Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore with consistent favourable feedback.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts in Professional Education (T&D) with NTU, ACTA, DACE, DISNEY, and D.I.S.C. certifications. She has also obtained the Best Trainer Award with PSB Academy in 2015 and was a winner of the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) in 2017.
