Ivan Han is an expert in instructional design & training. He has had experience working in different sectors such as education, aviation & public service environments. Ivan is instrumental in the establishment of learning management policies & processes to support pedagogical innovation & change. He has solid project management background where he worked with the subject matter experts & vendors to develop eLearning programs. He also trains lecturers & instructors on the use of technology to teach. Ivan has a Master of Education (Learning Sciences & Technologies) & an ACTA qualification. He is also a UCL alumni, former educator & textbook editor. He is proficient in authoring tools like ARTICULATE & LMS like Blackboard & Desire2Learn.
