Isaac is currently the Head of Academics at a Private Education Institute offering Asian-French tertiary hospitality education in Singapore. His portfolio includes overseeing the academic department, curriculum design, global internship, customised industry training and promoting industry relevant automation, such as Singapore’s first cocktail machine called the Smart Bartender. In a career spanning more than 20 years within the Hospitality industry, he was the youngest Operations, Training & Development Manager to oversee a regional chain of luxury restaurants with record sales and reduced turnover. He is a passionate and enthusiastic educator constantly seeking creative ways to make a meaningful impact.
