Isa Bin Haji Abu Samah is a WSQ trainer in the Sports industry and has developed and delivered in-house training programmes for sport centres’ managers, fitness instructors, lifeguards, and guest officers. These include both functional skills and soft skills such as service excellence. Isa has also developed and conducted volunteer training for major sports events such as the 28th SEA Games.
