Irene has extensive experience in the areas of designing and implementing strategies, systems and processes in strategic and talent management, leadership development, performance and transitional management, presentation and facilitation, communications, coaching, mentoring and competency modelling. Irene is a highly effective and engaging facilitator. She is well-regarded for her intuition, authenticity and practical approaches in leading and guiding teams for performance improvement. She holds a Master of Business Administration (UWA), Master of Training and Development (Griffith University), and Strategic Human Resource Management (NUS-SAF). Irene is also certified in DACE, ACTA, PMP, and is a Results Certified Coach.
