Grace is an L&OD expert in consulting, designing, conducting and implementing blending learning solutions. Grace graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from University of Canberra and holds a full ACTA certificate. She is accredited in various psychometric and personality profiling tools e.g. MBTI®, DISC®, StrengthScope® and DDI®. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Professional Education with NIE. Grace has over 14 years of regional and global experience in the Banking and Financial services, Travel, FINTECH and Professional Services industry. Presently, Grace heads the Learning Experience team in KPMG and is one of the Program Director and Lead Facilitator for Leadership Coaching and Performance Management programs.
