Goh Chye Guan has more than 30 years of local and regional TAE experience. He has accumulated vast subject matter expertise in Safety and Health Management from working in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he last held the appointment of Director (Industry Capability Building) at Ministry of Manpower, and has vast experience in industry engagement, WSH programmes design & development at the National level. Chye Guan is instrumental to the conceptualisation and design of bizSAFE and CultureSAFE. In the private sector, he is an experienced trainer, consultant and auditor in WSH Management and Risk Management. Chye Guan travels widely in ASEAN and Asia Pacific and has cross industry and cross regional experience in TAE and WSH.
