Frederic Tan is currently a Deputy Director in Research and Development in an Approved Training Organisation. He is a passionate believer in continuous learning, with over 20 years of experience in managerial and training positions in both public and commercial sectors, including the conduct and development of learning and training programmes in Management Studies, Service Excellence and Security. He is also an adjunct lecturer in Management, Communication and Economics at a private institute. Frederic is on the Dean’s List for excellent performance in the Bachelor of Science in Management and Security Studies, School of Business, SIM University. He is also the recipient of the UniSIM Sponsorship Award from 2010 to 2012. He holds a degree in Master of Science in Management with Merit.
