He leads the local HR at an MNC within the electronic sector and combines both HR and operational expertise to add value to the organisation. Sebastian has successfully introduced fresh perspectives and spearheaded exciting regional and global HR projects and initiatives through consultation and alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. He delivers workplace learning solutions and facilitates technical HR training to the local and regional HR community within the organisation.
