Eric Tan is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner with The American Board of NLP and holds a full certificate in the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from then-Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He also graduated from the University of Singapore Institute of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Eric has contributed valuable insights on training delivery, learners’ engagement and activities to clients from the education, financial, government, healthcare, technology and service sectors. He was one of the key facilitators in the designing and contextualising of a Service Innovation learning journey for a financial institution, which was eventually rolled out across industries.
