David Tan has over 8 years of learning and development experience. He specialises in tech-enabled learning design, which include blended learning, empowering digital transformation, finance, coaching, soft skills and mental wellness. David has attained several achievements in his professional career. In 2016, he won the EdTech Hackathon and was the Project Manager of the Innovplus awardee. In 2017, he was the winner of InnovJam Mobile Learning Contest, and was also 1 of 9 pioneering individuals certified by IAL as a Tech-enabled Learning Specialist in the same year. David is the Inaugural SkillsFuture Study Awardee for TAE Sector. Apart from being a core group member (i.e. Working Committee) for the Adult Education Network Special Interest Group (Learning Technology), and has also been selected for IAL’s Study Trip to Germany in 2018.
