He has successfully consulted with and trained diverse groups from both the public and private sectors, gaining valuable insights into how to address the myriad challenges, needs, and operational objectives of different organisations in varied industries. He is an ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development and holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from NTU-NIE.
