Daphne, the facilitator and curriculum designer at a Japanese MNC, specialises in leadership and people management program & is also the PIC for factory training program for staff and operators. Previously, Daphne worked in sales, established the ASEAN Archive Gallery to permeate company philosophy, and was PA to the factory GM & the secretary to the MD. Daphne holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Sophia, Japan, and an ACTA qualification. She received 8 certifications from IAL, including Curriculum Design, Learning Solution Design, Learning Technology Design, Learning Experience Delivery, Technology–enabled Learning Delivery, Workplace Learning Facilitation, Assessment Design implementation & Learning Experience Evaluation.
