Cynthia Lau is best known for her ability to design and deliver engaging, results focused and practical learning experiences. Other than facilitating learning and organisation change, Cynthia has been involved a broad spectrum of capacity development projects ranging from developing workplace learning facilitators to training other trainers. Cynthia’s unique combination of expertise in innovation, capacity development and learning design has also served her well as an international trainer/facilitator. She has worked as a consultant for the public service in reforming training programmes for emerging economies like Cambodia, Laos, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Cynthia holds a Masters in Education (Training & Development) from the University of Sheffield. Her more recent professional certification include ‘What Motivates Me Engagement Training’ Facilitator and the Certificate in Hope Action Theory.
