Christian is an independent learning facilitator, certified change management practitioner and business owner. He has over two decades of experience in facilitating change and learning in the private, public and people sector. Christian is skilled in crafting learning solutions and interventions to help individuals and organisations increase capacity and responsiveness to change. He is passionate about equipping Adult Educators with current skills in facilitation and workplace learning and is presently an adjunct trainer with IAL. He holds a Master of Education in Training and Development with the University of Sheffield and has attained ACTA qualification. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified EQ Facilitator & Coach.
