A certified practising management consultant, Jonathan specialises in staff performance management, course curriculum and job redesign. He has over 20 years of people development and consulting experience across government, non-profit, and TAE sectors. He has worked with industry stakeholders in the social service sector to define occupational competencies, establish competency frameworks and training roadmaps, and partnered key institutions like LKYSPP, to develop quality courseware. In consultancy, he has helped organisations strengthen their HR capabilities or implement job redesign to better attract, retain, perform, develop and grow their talents. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from NUS and DACE from IAL.
