Bryan Tay is a CET specialist and Director at Dioworks with multi-disciplinary experience in Business Management, Project Management and Consulting in the Logistics and Maritime Transportation industries Prior to his Directorship at Dioworks, Bryan was a naval officer with sea command experience in the Republic of Singapore Navy. Having assumed senior management roles locally and overseas in SMEs and MNCs, his experience in working with Western and Asian cultures amidst diverse operating environments has enabled him to deeply appreciate the workforce needs and challenges of the industry in a globally connected world. He is also an adjunct Adult Educator at the Institute for Adult Learning for ACTA and DACE programmes and a certified Workplace Learning Specialist.
