Dr Anthony facilitates licensed leadership programs for Development Dimensions International (DDI) courses, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Project Management, MBTI, DiSC and Lego Serious Play for healthcare professionals. To prepare the future workforce, Dr Anthony leads digital learning transformation by developing microlearning modules and designing the digital learning path for the healthcare sector. Dr Anthony holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Teesside University, a Master in Finance from the National University of Ireland and a Bachelor degree in IT from the University of Wollongong. He also holds a Specialist Diploma in HR from Singapore Polytechnic and an engineering Diploma from Nanyang Polytechnic.
