Anne guides workplaces to identify gaps so that the firm re-thinks and re-positions to reach organisational success. She does this with on-the-ground experience and up-to-date skills to aid organisations. She has held regional positions in branding, marketing and business development, and also an experienced in adult learning methods to drive engagement and results. She facilitates, creates learning curriculum, performs workplace learning consultancy and propose learning solutions to navigate change and transition in management teams. When facilitating, she adopts a collaborative learning approach with participants from various employment levels. Anne holds a Master in Learning and Professional Development, Griffith University and an ACLP. MOE certified.
