Ambrose had curated programmes and workplace learning projects for organisations across various sectors such as aviation, early childhood, security, social service, contract manufacturing and healthcare. Being interested in instructional methods, he was involved in the incorporating elements of Augmented/Virtual, robotics and drones in courses. During the transition to digital training, Ambrose facilitated train-the-trainer courses to equipped trainers on delivering training on video conferencing platforms and the use of Learning Management Systems. Ambrose holds ACTA and DACE and currently reviews and crafts courseware for an Approved Training Organisation.
