Dr Alvin Oh is a veteran practitioner in Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Talent Management, having spent nearly 40 years in industry and academia. He helmed senior corporate leadership positions and professorship roles in education, training and human resources. He is currently an Academic Fellow of ICMCI and certified PMC, ICF credentialized Coach and Coach Educator, Founder of “MindPowered Coaching”, Author of “SuccessQuotient@Work” book and Neuro Psychology in Management Consulting journals. Dr Oh holds a Ph.D. in Education, M.Sc. in Training, B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics and PGrad Dip in Law. He has recently been awarded the Honorary fellowship of AIPA and Doctor of Leadership and Management (honoris causa).
