Zeal has more than 18 years of working experience in both public and private sectors. He has been an adult educator for more than 8 years. He has developed both synchronous and asynchronous curriculum and delivered physical / online / hybrid workshops for more than 2000 learners in Asia. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Zeal holds a Double Masters Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Murdoch University and Bachelor of Science (Merit) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), WSQ ACTA & DACE qualifications.
