Alex started his career as a flight steward with Singapore Airlines. Customer service, positive communication and seeking every opportunity to build long term customer relationships were Alex's most memorable moments in his cabin crew role.
Alex is now a Learning Solutions Manager with Singapore Airlines providing learning and development solutions for businesses and organisations in the area of Service & Operational Excellence. Alex's prior work in learning & development was with William Angliss Institute, Australia's largest provider of Tourism, Hospitality and MICE & Events courses.
Alex holds a Master’s in Professional Education (Training & Development). He is also both DACE and ACTA certified.
