The work of IAL is supported by 4 divisions:
Learning and Professional Development Division (LPDD)
Professionalising and nurturing a vibrant and dynamic Training & Adult Education (TAE) sector through certified programmes, qualifications and initiatives. Oversees the value chain from programme development, implementation, management and evaluation to providing learner support.
Corporate Services Division (CSD)
Maintaining educational quality and supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resource, Organisational Development, Corporate Communications and Planning & Logistics.
Research Division (RD)
Leading research to inform policy and practice at the local and international level.
Innovation Centre (IC)
Spearheading IAL's innovation efforts, focusing on the generation, impact as well as scalability of learning innovations for proliferation across the TAE sector.
