Valerie has 20 years of HRD experience, specializes in leadership programs. As a Vice President of a regional bank, she directed a team to design and deliver training programs for all levels. She also led a regional team in a Fortune 100 company to implement leadership and talent development programs. She coached local enterprises to set up their Learning & Development function and delivered customized workshops for key positions. Valerie is bilingual, and she has extensive regional experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University and is appointed as the SkillsFuture Mentor with Enterprise Singapore.
