Michelle Teo’s passion for lifelong learning has led to her accreditation in several areas notably in Continuing Education and Training, Retail Management, Fashion Technology, Sales and Marketing, SPA Services and TESOL. Michelle specialises in the design and development of competency-based workforce training programmes under the Singapore Skills Framework and Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework national credentialing system. She has developed and co-developed competency-based workforce training modules under the WSQ Service Excellence, Retail, Food & Beverage, Employability Skills, Leadership & People Management and Security framework.
